VCT Series 5‑Inch wide straight channels, elbows, tees, and crosses enable flexible horizontal and vertical configurations while maintaining proper fiber bend radius requirements in low-density and space-constrained environments.

  • 5" Horizontal Tee
    5" Horizontal Tee

Usage: Creates a horizontal branch in fiber routing systems.

    Maintains cable bend radius requirements.

This Horizontal Tee is designed to create a horizontal branch within 5-inch-wide fiber tray systems, connecting three straight channel sections or compatible transitional fittings while maintaining minimum cable bend radius requirements. Constructed from lightweight, flame-retardant UL 94 V-0 rated PVC, the tee provides reliable cable support and long-lasting performance in low-density fiber routing applications. It integrates seamlessly with compatible fiber tray couplers (sold separately) and features a tool-free installation design for fast and efficient deployment. Ideal for directing fiber pathways in confined spaces such as telecommunications rooms, this fitting helps create organized, protected, and professional cable routing systems. UL 2024 and UL 94 V-0 compliant, the Horizontal Tee is engineered for dependable performance and cable protection. A snap-on cover (VCT-120HT1C) is also available and sold separately.

  • 5" 45° Up Elbow
    5" 45° Up Elbow

Usage: Creates a 45° upward angle from a horizontal run in fiber routing systems.

Enables controlled elevation changes when used in conjunction with a 45° down elbow.

This 45-Degree Up Elbow is designed to create a smooth upward transition in 5-inch-wide fiber tray systems, connecting to a straight channel section to route fiber pathways above a horizontal run while maintaining minimum cable bend radius requirements. When used with the (VCT-120DE41) 45-Degree Down Elbow, it enables controlled elevation changes throughout a fiber routing system. Constructed from lightweight, flame-retardant UL 94 V-0 rated PVC and compliant with UL 2024 and UL 94 V-0 standards, the elbow provides dependable performance and long-term durability in confined spaces such as telecommunications rooms. It integrates seamlessly with compatible fiber tray couplers (sold separately) and features a tool-free installation design for fast and efficient deployment. A snap-on cover (VCT-120UE41C) is also available and sold separately.
