What are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. EST.

Are you a retailer or do you sell to the general public?

No. Vericom sells exclusively to qualified businesses and resellers.

How do I become a Vericom distribution partner?

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, American Express, Discover, and Master Card. Note that credit card purchases are subject to a 2.5% processing fee. Company Check and/or Net Terms are available upon approval.

Do you accept orders on your website?

Yes, qualified customers may place orders directly on the Vericom website. We understand concerns about online transaction security. To ensure your information is secure when placing orders online, Vericom takes extra care by using the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions. However, we do not accept credit card information directly on our website. For credit card payments, Vericom will send a secure link to our payment processing partner who employs industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information and is certified as compliant with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Yes. When placing your order there will be a separate shipping address section.

What is your minimum order?

Due to the wholesale nature of our business, we require a minimum order of $100. Any order that does not meet the minimum requirement will be charged a $10 processing charge.

What is your shipping policy?

Orders placed by 2 pm EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 pm EST will be processed the next business day. We use a variety of different parcel methods to ship our orders, with our primary carriers being FedEx and UPS in the Continental United States. We have relationships with most national and regional carriers for freight shipping. Shipping can take from 3 -7 days, based upon your location. How do I return or exchange items purchased?
