
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase from Vericom Global Solutions.
30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.
A receipt is required.
Items must be in original condition, including:
- Original packaging and box
- UPC barcode
- All accessories and manuals
Note: Items missing the UPC barcode cannot be returned.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
Conditions Of Returns
- Items must be returned in “like new” condition
- Missing items or damage may result in deductions from the refund
- Exchanges must include all original components
- Defective components may be exchanged separately
- Promotional items must be returned or deducted
- Mail-in rebates may be deducted from refunds
Refunds, Store Credit & Fees
Refunds are issued only for defective items.
Non-defective returns qualify for store credit only.
Restocking fees may apply, except when:
- Item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
- Prohibited by law
No restocking fees apply to:
- Defective exchanges for the same product
- Open box items
Opened electronic media (if not defective) cannot be returned.
Warranty Policy
Most products include a manufacturer's warranty.
Vericom provides a 90-day limited warranty on most products.
(Some products may have longer coverage — ask a Sales Associate for details.)
Additional Warranty Terms
No additional warranties are provided on third-party products that already include at least a 90-day manufacturer warranty.
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMED: (1) FOR ALL "AS-IS" SALES; AND (2) UPON THE LATER TO OCCUR OF: [A] THE EXPIRATION OF ANY APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTIES, OR [B] 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
