Vericom Welcomes James DeRosa As Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative

We’re excited to welcome James DeRosa to the Vericom team as an Inside Sales/Customer Service Representative, based in Knoxville, Tennessee.
James’ Background
James brings a strong background in business-to-business sales, customer service, and consultative selling, with hands-on experience supporting both new and existing customers. In his role at Vericom, James will be working closely with customers to understand their needs, provide product guidance, and help ensure an easy and responsive experience.
Career Experience
Prior to joining Vericom, James worked in business sales and account management roles with TDS Telecommunications and Hiscall, Inc., where he focused on building relationships, educating customers on technology solutions, and supporting long-term account growth. He also spent many years as an independent consultant, helping clients with operations, staffing, planning, and day-to-day execution — experience that gives him a well-rounded understanding of customer challenges.
Local Roots
James is a Knoxville native and a graduate of Bearden High School, where he was active in athletics, including baseball. He brings a team-oriented mindset and a strong work ethic to everything he does.
